Once your order is prepared for shipping, you will receive a tracking number for your shipment through common communication methods such as email, SMS, or smart device notifications. You can also track the status of your order by logging into your account on our website and reviewing your order details there.


The delivery period usually does not exceed 5 business days, starting from the date the order is handed over to the carrier for delivery within Riyadh or other areas in Saudi Arabia. However, this period may be extended depending on the accuracy of the delivery address, customer availability at the delivery location, the carrier company, customs procedures, force majeure, or other factors affecting logistics in the region.


The shipping company will contact you using the phone numbers you provided, through different methods according to their schedules and policies. The customer must cooperate with the shipping company and coordinate with them to receive the order.


The recipient’s information cannot be changed or modified after the shipping label has been created for any reason.


Shipping or delivery rates are determined by the shipping companies, and any changes will appear to the customer before completing the purchase order.


If the shipment is not received by the customer for any reason and is returned to the store, the store will not bear any return shipping fees or liability for lost shipments.


The store is not responsible for shipment delays or damages occurring during transportation or storage outside the store’s warehouses. Compensation for damages is not accepted, and such matters must be resolved directly between the customer and the shipping company.


Customers should contact the shipping company directly before reaching out to the store to follow up on their shipments.


If the carrier does not respond within 15 business days after receiving the shipment, please notify us so we can provide guidance or intervene if necessary.


Public holidays, weekends, and official holidays are not counted within the shipping timeframe.


Refunds will only be issued once the returned order arrives at our warehouse, after inspection to ensure the parts are intact and properly packaged. Wesam Store is not responsible for delays or damages caused by the shipping company or the customer.
